How to Make a Super-Super-Superb Instant Pot, and How to Use It

If you’re looking for an easy, super easy way to cook up a batch of rice or a batch for your kids, these super saucy recipes are the way to go. 

Sunlite Cooking Oil Ingredients: 2-1/2 teaspoons olive oil, plus more for sautéing or sautepot recipes 3 tablespoons butter, softened 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon chili powder 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander 1/3 teaspoon black pepper Directions: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 

Combine the olive oil and butter in a large sautecutter, then stir in the cumin, chili powder, corianders, pepper and salt. 

Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. 

Once the oil has sat at room temp, remove it from the sautee. 

Add the rice and mix until thoroughly mixed. 

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and stir in about 1/5 cup of the oil. 

Fill the dish with water and bake for 45 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through. 

The rice can be refrigerated and used immediately. 

For best results, store the rice in an airtight container at room temperatures for up to 3 days. 

This recipe makes 1 batch. 

Make ahead tip: To save time and prevent waste, freeze the rice according to package directions and freeze for up-to one month. 

If you have extra leftover rice, thaw in the fridge and freeze until you are ready to use it. 

To reheat, stir in some extra oil, stir the rice into the oil and add it to a sauteemtpot. 

Cook on high heat for 6-8 minutes per side or until heated through.
