Combin cornstech and water and mix until well combined. 

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Add the rice flour and stir. 

Bring the mixture to a boil. 

Cook for about 5 minutes, until rice is cooked through and rice is soft. 

Pour into a bowl and stir into the rice mixture. 

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
